Return Policy

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction but due to the nature of unroasted coffee beans, there are some limitations to returns:

  • If your shipment was damaged, please email as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damaged merchandise must be reported within two days of delivery.

  • Exchanges or refunds will NOT be accepted for the following:

Flavor Profiles: These tend to change some with each harvest. We cannot control the flavor or the way you roast it, just the quality of the bean we sell.

Unexpected Differences: Different geographic regions grade their beans differently.

  • Exchanges or refunds WILL be accepted for the following: Damaged Products, Non-Delivered Packages. We may refund you the product cost but not the shipping cost.
