If your shipment was damaged, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Flavor Profiles: These tend to change some with each harvest. We cannot control the flavor or the way you roast it, just the quality of the bean we sell.
Unexpected Differences: Different geographic regions grade their beans differently.
